Ice: precooling put hot and cold bags in the freezer for 30 minutes, or freezer more than 1 hours.
Heat: method 1. Will this product in the boiling water for 3 minutes, take out to dry.
Method 2. Put this product on hold good water in the microwave heating vessels, put high microwave oven heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Method 3. Put this product in a microwave oven (medium), heating time within 30 seconds each use, if used in a row, the second heating in 15 seconds. 

precautions
