We offer a one-year warranty free of charge.
2.What is your after-sales service?
We provide technical support through operating manuals and videos. Once you have questions, you can get our engineer's prompt response by email, phone call, or training in our factory. Additionally, we have local engineers in the Philippines and multiple African countries to offer after-sales service.
If it's a hardware problem, within the warranty period, we will send you spare parts for free, or you can send it back and we will repair it for you free of charge.
3.What is the delivery time?
We cooperate with professional shipping agents and can arrange delivery by express, air freight, or sea freight.
