Under the low frequency electric field, a thin layer of plasma about 100 μm thick was formed around the electrode through normal saline. The plasma-thin layer consists of highly ionized particles with sufficient kinetic energy to break the organic molecular bonds of the target tissue and vaporize it. Normal saline was used as washing solution to perform tissue cutting and coagulation, so that the body does not need to follow negative electrode plate, to avoid the occurrence of electrotomy syndrome TURS, and to improve the safety of surgery.
Technology advantages:
1) 40-70ºC low temperature: Compared with ordinary electrosection, low temperature plasma has limited heat penetration, less tissue damage, reduce the possibility of secondary bleeding after operation, small amount of bleeding during operation and fast recovery time;
2) Normal saline as flushing solution: Although the cutting speed of traditional electrosection is faster, the risk of complications such as electrosection syndrome is higher. 3) Bipolar electrode: The energy loop of bipolar electrode is completed between the two poles. It does not need the negative plate and does not pass through the adjacent organs and tissues, so as to provide security for patients and doctors. At the same time, it reduces the risk of obturator nerve reflex and prevents the prostate capsule from being cut through by the electrode.
