Scope of Application:
The Battery Test Chamber is a professional device designed to evaluate battery performance and safety through precise temperature and humidity control, along with multi-scenario simulation functions (such as charge-discharge cycling, vibration impact, and salt spray corrosion). It is primarily used in fields including new energy vehicles (power battery life/thermal management), energy storage systems (long-cycle stability), consumer electronics (fast-charging performance), and  (reliability under extreme environments). It features customized battery trays and multiple temperature protection functions, supporting long-term uninterrupted operation, multi-temperature point testing, and balanced frost-free control .

Features

Scope of Application:Outer Casing: Standard equipped with two wire access ports on the left side. The casing is made from selected cold-rolled steel plate base material, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process. This forms a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust resistance.

Working Chamber: Interior made of SUS304 stainless steel, mirror-polished. Built-in lighting.

Shelves: Partitions for clamping batteries, manufactured using special processes tailored to battery characteristics. Features slide rail pull-out design for ease of use.

Viewing Glass: Double-door design. Double-layer tempered glass viewing window. The laminated viewing glass allows the outer door to be opened directly for observing the contents inside the working chamber, providing a good seal that does not affect the internal temperature.

Control Panel: Microcomputer-based intelligent LCD temperature controller, offering high precision, no overshoot, multi-data display on a single screen, temperature calibration function, and timer function.

Temperature Control: Features automatic cold and heat control, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.

Air Flow: Forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed, enhances temperature uniformity, and reduces temperature fluctuation.

Safety System: Leakage protection, auxiliary temperature control, equipped with an RS485 communication interface. Compressor overheat protection and power-on memory restoration function.
