The High-Temperature Forced Air Drying Oven is a professional device that utilizes a PID intelligent temperature control system and forced air supply technology to test the reliability of materials and products in a high-temperature, constant-temperature environment. It is widely used in various fields including electronic components (e.g., chip/PCB aging resistance), automotive parts (e.g., thermal deformation of seals), aerospace materials (e.g., coating stability), chemical (e.g., service life of cable insulation), and scientific research institutions (e.g., new material synthesis).
Features

Scope of Application: 
Temperature: Maximum operating temperature up to 500ºC.

Outer Casing: The cabinet is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense, hard, and robust protective layer with excellent rust resistance.

Working Chamber: The inner chamber is made of stainless steel. The shelf brackets feature a quick-release design for easy loading/unloading and adjustment.

Insulation Layer: An insulation protection system between the casing and the working chamber provides good thermal retention, ensuring precise and stable internal temperature.

Sealing Technology: Double-layer asbestos rope seals with a recessed design offer strong sealing, effectively preventing heat loss. They are capable of long-term high-temperature operation and have a long service life.

Air Duct: Long-shaft blower wheel with fan blades - high-temperature resistant, forced convection air circulation design, improving temperature response speed.

Control Panel: Microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, and features including temperature calibration and timer.

Temperature Control: Equipped with a constant temperature system and high-sensitivity sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.

Safety: Leakage protector and auxiliary temperature control.

Optional: Multi-segment programmable controller (allows setting different temperature and time segments with automatic switching), needle printer function, USB storage interface.
