Product Description

The Electric Thermostatic Incubator is a device that utilizes electric heating and an intelligent temperature control system to maintain a constant temperature environment inside the chamber. It is widely used in various fields including biomedicine (e.g., bacterial culture, cell proliferation), agricultural research (e.g., seed germination, edible fungus cultivation), industrial inspection (e.g., food microbiological analysis, material stability testing), and environmental studies (e.g., BOD determination, soil microorganism culture) .

  Outer Casing: The casing is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense, hard, and robust protective layer with excellent rust resistance .
  Working Chamber: The inner chamber is made of stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. The shelf brackets feature a quick-detach design for easy adjustment and removal .
  Thermal Insulation Layer: An insulation system is placed between the outer casing and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation, which effectively ensures stable and accurate internal temperature and minimizes impact on the ambient environment .
  Sealing Technology: Employs magnetic sealing strips to prevent heat loss, ensuring long-term stable operation .
  Observation Window: A double-layer tempered glass observation window allows clear viewing of items inside the chamber while providing good thermal insulation .
  Air Duct: A forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed and enhances temperature uniformity .
  Control Panel: Features a microcomputer-controlled intelligent digital temperature controller with high precision, no overshoot, temperature calibration function, and timer function .
  Temperature Control: Equipped with a thermostatic system and highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation .
  Optional Accessories: Multi-segment programmable controller (capable of setting different temperatures and times for automatic switching), dot matrix printing function, and USB storage interface .
