The Stackable CO2 Incubator Shaker is a precision biological cultivation device that integrates constant temperature incubation, gas environment control, and shaking functions. Its core purpose is to provide optimized growth conditions for various cells and microorganisms by accurately simulating physiological environments found within living organisms (such as stable temperature, CO2 concentration, humidity, and agitation conditions). It has a very wide range of applications, including cell culture, microbiological research, medical biology, molecular studies, pharmaceuticals, food science, environmental protection research, and other related fields.
Features

Scope of Application:
Three-Tier Stacking: Features a three-tier stackable configuration, saving laboratory space. Each tier can be controlled and monitored independently. The units can be disassembled for independent use. 

Outer Casing: The casing is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense, hard, and robust protective layer with excellent rust resistance.

Working Chamber: The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish, offering corrosion resistance. Itis equipped with a built in UV sterilization lamp and an illumination lamp. The trays feature a pull-out stide rail design for convenient and efficient experimental operation.

Observation Window:A double -layer tempered glass observation window allows clear viewing of items inside the chamber while providing good thermal insulation.

Motor: Utilizes a servo motor, ensuring smooth and stable operation, high starting torque, wide speed adjustment range, and is maintenance-free.

Control Panel: Features a microcomputer-controlled intelligent touch screen display, offering high precision, no overshoot, and multi-data display on a single screen. It includes temperature calibration, timer functions, and 30-segment program control Supports three-level user permission management and audit trail. Includes a USB interface for real-time data storage.

Sensor: Strictly selected imported infrared CO2 sensor ensures accurate measurement data and fast detection speed, guaranteeing the stability and uniformity of CO2 concentration inside the chamber.

Dual Probes: Employs two probes to separately detect the chamber temperature and the door temperature, resulting in high temperature precision and minimal fluctuation inside the working chamber.

Fluorine-tree Rerigeration: Equipped with a renowned domestic compressor using tuorine-free retrigerant, oftering low noise,eftective cooling, and capable of stable long-term operation at low temperatures.

Sterilization System Incudes a high-efficiency microbialfiterto remove bacteria and dust from the CO2 gas,supplemented by UV sterilization,  to reduce contamination inside the chamber. Both the air inlet and outlet are fitted with filters.

Safety Functions: Includes over-temperature alarm, abnormal power failure handling (with auto-resume function), and automatic shutdown when the door is opened with operation resuming upon closure.

Clamps: Offers a choice of one from three types: universal spring clamps, adhesive pad plates, or Erlenmeyer flask clamps.

Optional Accessories: Remote alarm and remote control functions are available as options.
