Scope of Application:
The Illuminated Stackable Shaker is an intelligent biochemical culture device that integrates constant temperature culture, light control, and shaking functions, employing a multi-layered superimposed design. Its core application is to meet the needs of complex culture experiments requiring dynamic shaking and light integration, such as algae cultivation, photosynthetic bacteria research, plant cell suspension culture, bio-fermentation, process optimization, and biodegradation of environmental pollutants. It is widely used in university and research institute laboratories, R&D and quality control departments, microbial culture and fermentation process monitoring in the food industry, breeding and biotechnology research in agricultural science, and water and soil microbial analysis by environmental protection agencies.

Scope of Application:
Three-layer stacking: A three-layer stacked combination, with a small floor area, each layer is independently controlled and monitored; it can be disassembled and placed independently;
Outer box body: The box body is made of selected cold-rolled steel sheet, treated with electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense protective layer on the surface, which is hard and firm, and has a strong anti-rust ability.
Workroom: The inner liner is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, polished mirror finish, corrosion-resistant; it is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp inside. The tray is designed with pull-out sliding rail, making the experimental operation convenient and fast.
Observation glass: Double-layer tempered observation window, which can clearly observe the items in the box and has a good heat insulation effect.
Motor: Servo motor, smooth and stable operation, large starting torque, wide speed adjustment range, no maintenance required.
Control panel: Microcomputer intelligent touch screen display temperature controller, high precision, no overshoot, multiple data displayed on one screen, with temperature correction function, timing function, 30 program control. It meets the requirements of three-level permission management and audit tracking. It has a USB interface, which can store data in real time.
Light source: Adopt SUN-SPECTRUM full-spectrum cold light source for plant lighting, which generates very little heat itself, making the temperature inside the box more stable. Vertical light source on the top of the box body, making the illumination at any point inside the box more uniform. Free dimming, able to set the required illumination intensity, increase or decrease the intensity of the light.
No fluorine refrigeration: Select domestic well-known compressors, no fluorine refrigerant, low noise, good refrigeration effect, and can operate stably in a low-temperature state for a long time.
Safety functions: Over-temperature alarm, abnormal power failure (power failure recovery function), stop when opening the door, resume operation when closing the door.
Fixtures: Universal spring clamp, adhesive pad board, triangular flask, choose one of the above three.
Optional: Remote alarm and remote control functions can be selected.
