Product Description

Scope of Application:
The semiconductor low-temperature incubator utilizes Peltier cooling technology to achieve precise low-temperature control. It offers advantages such as energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and high performance. Through the internal cavity preheating technology, it enables rapid temperature recovery. Equipped with both heating and cooling functions, it meets the experimental requirements for microbial culture (e.g., bacteria, molds) in low-temperature environments, as well as for sample storage, plant cultivation, and plant breeding .

Features

*Outer Casing: The casing is made of selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with electrostatic baking paint, forming a dense protective layer that is hard, robust, and offers excellent rust prevention. A test port with a diameter of 25 mm is provided.
*Working Chamber: The inner chamber is constructed of stainless steel, mirror-polished. The shelf brackets feature a quick-detach design for easy assembly and disassembly.
*Insulation Layer: The insulation system between the outer casing and the working chamber provides excellent thermal insulation, effectively ensuring stable and accurate internal temperature while minimizing impact on the ambient environment.
*Sealing Technology: Uses high-density synthetic heat-resistant silicone sealing strips to prevent heat loss, capable of long-term high-temperature operation with a long service life.
*Cooling Technology: Semiconductor cooling technology offers high cooling efficiency and significantly reduced energy consumption. Compared to compressor-based cooling, energy consumption is decreased by more than 85% 
*Observation Window: A double-layer tempered glass observation window allows clear viewing of items inside the chamber while providing good thermal insulation.
*Temperature Control: Features automatic cooling and heating control, equipped with highly sensitive sensors to ensure stability during continuous operation.
*Air Duct:A forced convection ventilation structure improves temperature response speed, enhances temperature uniformity, and reduces temperature fluctuations.
*Control Panel: Microcomputer-controlled intelligent LCD temperature controller offers high precision, prevents overshoot. Multiple data sets are displayed on one screen, includes temperature calibration function and timer function.
*Optional Accessories: Multi-segment programmable controller (capable of setting different temperatures and times for automatic switching), dot matrix printing function, USB storage interface
