3.1 According to the trainee's body condition and requirement of training, confirm the weight the training needs and choose balance weight block amounts. Insert the cross pin into the jack which is below the selected blocks.
3.2 You can train your upper limbs single or both.
3.3 Hold handle 5 with hands, draw back the balance weight block slowly to adapt to training.
Face the pulley weight, and hold the pulling handle to do flexion and extension with the elbows, abduction and adduction with upper limbs and lifting and lowering-down with upper arms.
Face the pulling ware laterally, and hold the handle to do lateral lifting and downward pulling exercise.
Back to the pulling ware, do upper limbs flexion and extension with hands on the shoulders or back or tandem placed.
3.4 You can train a single foot or both feet at the same time if training your lower limbs
3.5 After covering the feet with the pulling strip10, draw back the balance weight blocks slowly to adapt to training.
3.5.1 Face or back to the pulling ware, train the muscle power of the lower limbs and the range of motion with going backwards and forwards
3.5.2 Put the pulling device on your side, take training by lifting and putting down your leg, exercise lower limb muscle force, movement ability, and also exercise the movement ability of hip joint.
